Karin Adelsköld, who has been burnt out twice, told us that the first months burned out were overwhelming. - I got so bad after all, it's a brain injury. The brain doesn't work, you can't write, read and I couldn't hold my head for more than ten minutes. To cope with everyday life was huge and I wondered what it would be like for me. It was a lot of frustration too. I had slowed down, so I thought it was unfair. But I didn't take my inner stress seriously. I didn't have fun anymore, I pulled down on everything fun to get healthy and that's not the solution.
